Verification and trust

Show what has been checked, and by whom.

Four tiers of evidence, matches that explain themselves and rosters you can keep private. Design principles first, so that what we build later can be held to them.

Verification tiers

Four steps of evidence.

The tiers apply to properties, owners, investors and providers. A tier describes evidence, not quality. No profile holds a tier yet and none is shown until it is earned.

  1. Tier 1

    Self-declared

Stated by the person. Not checked.

  2. Tier 2

    Document-checked

A person at NaviraHub reviewed the documents.

  3. Tier 3

    Peer-attested

Real counterparties vouch, after a real transaction.

  4. Tier 4

    Audited

Independent third-party inspection or audit, on record.

How to read a tier. A higher tier means more has been checked. It says nothing about price, return or suitability for you. Tiers can expire or be withdrawn, and the date of each check is shown.

Explainable matching

No pay-to-rank.

A match is a list of reasons, and every reason is one you can see, edit or switch off.

  1. Built from what you state

Budget, corridor, property type, minimum verification tier and timing, all supplied by you.

  2. Shown with the reasons

Each introduction says which of your criteria it meets and which it does not.

  3. Payment cannot move it

Sponsorship, promotion and fees are excluded from ranking. Sponsored items are labelled and kept apart from matches.

  4. A person approves the introduction

Software drafts the match. A named person approves any introduction that shares your details.

Private Network Mode

Invite-only rosters.

Some groups work with a fixed set of people. A private roster keeps that set out of view.

  • Who can use it

Family offices, syndicates, agencies and owners' groups.

  • What is hidden

Members, their deals and their conversations are not visible to the wider network or to search.

  • What you control

Who is invited, what each member sees and when someone leaves. Leaving removes their access.

  • What stays the same

Verification tiers, price components before payment and human approval still apply inside a roster.
