Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use NaviraHub, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
Last updated 26 September 2026.
The standard we build to
This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. It has not yet been independently audited against every criterion, so we describe it as aiming to meet that standard rather than claiming it does.
What you should be able to do
- Use every page, menu and form with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline, and skip straight to the main content.
- Use a screen reader: pages have one main heading, headings in order, labelled landmarks, labelled form fields, and descriptive text for informative images.
- Send any enquiry form without JavaScript.
- See form errors next to the field they relate to, in words, not only in colour.
- Zoom in and read pages on a small phone screen without scrolling sideways.
- Choose light or dark mode, and have animation reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
- Tap buttons and menu controls sized for fingers, at least 44 by 44 CSS pixels.
How we test it
The website has an automated test suite that checks headings, labels, landmarks, image descriptions, links and the security settings the pages run under. End-to-end tests drive the main journeys in a real browser at phone and desktop widths, including sending a form without JavaScript. We also run automated accessibility scans (axe) on new and changed pages while developing.
What we have not done yet
Automated checks find only some barriers. The website has not yet been tested by disabled people or audited by an accessibility specialist, so there may be problems we have not found. The pricing tables on the pricing page scroll sideways within their own box on narrow screens. If you find anything that stops you, please tell us.
Tell us about a barrier, or ask for another format
Use Talk to a person, the enquiry form, and give an email address we can reply to. A person will reply and ask which page you were on and what happened, or what format you need. The form records your name, email address and chosen subject, not the message text, so you do not need to explain in the form.
If the form itself is the barrier, the assistant on every page has a "Talk to a person" step that sends your details the same way.
