Legal
Terms of use
The rules for using this website and, when member accounts open, for a NaviraHub subscription. Please read section 2 first: it says what NaviraHub is not.
Last updated 26 September 2026. Not yet reviewed by counsel.
Who operates NaviraHub. NaviraHub is a trading name. The operator's legal name, registered address and company number will be published here before paid subscriptions open. Until then, contact us through Talk to a person, the enquiry form, and a person will reply to the email address you give.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to everyone who uses www.navirahub.com. Sections 7 to 11 apply only to members of the NaviraHub Network, once member accounts open; nobody can hold an account today.
These documents form part of these terms: the acceptable use policy, how ranking works and complaints and reports. How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy notice and the cookies and storage page.
2. What NaviraHub is, and is not
NaviraHub is software and an information service. It publishes information about property, stays, investment and hospitality services, carries enquiries to a person at NaviraHub, and, through the Network, lets businesses keep their own records of providers, check what has been verified, and find one another.
NaviraHub does not:
- take bookings, reservations, deposits or orders, or enter into any contract for accommodation, transport, a sale, a rental or any other service;
- act as agent, broker or representative for anyone;
- receive, hold or pass on money for anything a member, owner or provider supplies;
- combine accommodation and other services into one offer, one price or one invoice;
- take a fee, a percentage or any share of a deal between the people it introduces;
- contract with a guest; or
- decide disagreements between members, or between you and an owner or provider.
When two parties agree to something after an introduction, the contract is between them. Its terms, price, performance and any disagreement about it are theirs. NaviraHub is paid only for use of the platform (section 9).
3. Using the website
- You may browse the website free of charge. You must not misuse it; the acceptable use policy says what that means.
- NaviraHub is in early access. Listings, providers and professionals appear only after they are verified, and empty sections mean there is no verified information yet. Photographs are licensed images used to illustrate places, not NaviraHub listings.
- Information on the website is general. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. The Deal Analyzer performs arithmetic on the assumptions you enter; its results are calculations, not predictions or promises, and any investment can lose value.
- The assistant ("Ask NaviraHub") is automated and can be wrong. Each reply says whether it came from a checked answer or from an AI model.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience. NaviraHub does not control those websites.
- We try to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
4. Enquiries
Every form on the website sends an enquiry, including those labelled "Book a stay", "Buy", "Invest" or "List a property". An enquiry is a request for a person at NaviraHub to reply. It is not a booking, an offer, a reservation or a contract, it commits you to nothing, and nothing is bought, sold or paid through it.
An enquiry is private. It goes to the NaviraHub team and, only if you agree, to people you are introduced to. The privacy notice lists what is recorded.
5. Verification tiers
NaviraHub shows one of four tiers against a profile or listing. A tier states which checks were done. It is not a recommendation, an endorsement or a warranty, and it says nothing about price, return or suitability for you.
- Self-declared. Nobody has checked anything. The details are as the person or business gave them.
- Document-checked. A person at NaviraHub, or a check against an official register, confirmed the documents or registration shown. Nobody visited the premises or watched the work.
- Peer-attested. Verified members vouched for them after completing real work together. The judgement is theirs, not NaviraHub's, and it fades over time.
- Audited. An independent third party inspected the claim and reported the result. It records one inspection; it is not insurance and not a promise about the future.
Check the tier before you rely on anything a profile says. Tiers can go down, for example when an insurance certificate expires, and the date of each check is shown.
6. Ranking
Results on the Network are ordered by fit, standing, history and capacity, with the weights published on how ranking works. No plan affects ranking: not the order, not whether anyone appears in a result, and not whether anyone is left out. NaviraHub does not sell position.
7. Content members publish
Members keep ownership of what they publish on NaviraHub. By publishing it, a member allows NaviraHub to host, display and transmit it so the service can work, and for no other purpose. Members are responsible for what they publish. NaviraHub does not review member content before it appears and does not monitor it generally.
Anyone can tell us about content they believe is illegal or breaks these terms, using the route on complaints and reports. If we restrict or remove content, or suspend an account, we will tell the member what we did and why, and how to ask us to look again.
8. Member accounts
Member accounts are not open yet. When they open:
- the Network is for businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade or profession. It is not a consumer service;
- joining is by invitation from an existing member or from NaviraHub, and there is no application: nobody decides whether you qualify. You give a company or trade registration number, and a VAT number where you have one; where an official register can be checked, it is, and where it cannot, the number is recorded as self-declared;
- if you accept these terms for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so. One account per legal entity; colleagues join a seat by invitation, never by sharing a password;
- you must keep your details accurate and current, and you are responsible for what is done through your account.
9. Member subscriptions
Subscriptions are not on sale yet. This section applies when they open, and the prices and entitlements are those on the pricing page, which is generated from the same plan records the billing system uses.
- What a plan buys. Capacity to run your own operation: roster size, corridors, seats, back-office tools and API access. It never buys position, visibility, inclusion, exclusion or a verification tier. On the supply side it buys nothing that touches discovery.
- Record is free. The Record plan is free on both sides, permanently, with no time limit. It is not a trial.
- Billing. Paid plans are billed through Stripe Billing, in advance, monthly or yearly. A yearly plan costs ten months' price for twelve months.
- Currency. Each plan has its own price in pounds sterling, euros and US dollars. These are separate prices, not one price converted at an exchange rate, and you are billed in the currency you choose. Any tax, and the total you will pay, will be shown at checkout.
- Renewal. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until you cancel.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Refunds. Any refund terms will be those stated at checkout. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law.
- Your records stay yours. You can export your roster and your own records in full, in a machine-readable format, on every plan including Record, while a payment is outstanding, after a downgrade and after you cancel. NaviraHub may stop you adding to your account while a payment is outstanding; it will not stop you exporting. Nothing is deleted when a plan lapses or is downgraded: anything above a lower plan's limit becomes read-only and still exports. After you cancel, your export remains available for 90 days, and you can ask us to delete your data sooner.
- Audits. The only other thing NaviraHub invoices is a tier 4 audit: an independent inspection, passed on at what it cost, on its own invoice.
- No other charges. NaviraHub charges nothing on work you do with other members: no fee, no percentage and no invoice attached to any contract between members.
10. Changes to these terms
We will publish any change on this page with a new date. Once member accounts exist, we will tell members at least 15 days before a change takes effect (longer where a change needs technical work on your side), and a member may close their account before it does. A change to a plan's price or to the ranking factors is a change to these terms.
11. Suspension and closing an account
NaviraHub may restrict, suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the acceptable use policy, or where the law requires it. Unless the law forbids it, we will give the member our reasons before we act, or, where that is not possible, straight afterwards, and explain how to ask us to look again. You may close your account at any time, and you can still export your records afterwards (section 9).
12. Responsibility and liability
- NaviraHub does not vouch for the conduct, solvency, licences, insurance or competence of any member, owner or provider, beyond stating which checks were done at which tier.
- NaviraHub is not responsible for any contract between members or between you and an owner or provider, for any service they supply, or for what they say about themselves.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing takes away rights you have as a consumer.
13. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live or are established elsewhere, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of your own country.
