Roster continuity for villa agencies, DMCs and advisors
A destination's provider list lives in one person's phone. Import it here and it stays yours: private to you, never searchable by anyone else, with verification, insurance expiry and a working record running underneath it. The person who built the roster can move on without taking the destination with them.
Not open yet: there is no signup on this page, and no corridor is live. The Network is B2B only. It never contracts with a guest, never holds anyone's money, and never sells a stay and a service as one invoice.
You do not need new providers. You need the ones you already trust to survive a resignation, a handover and a season. That is the first thing this does, and it works before any network exists around you.
Upload the spreadsheet, the contact export or the list in the phone. Providers are matched to existing profiles where one exists and created where one does not.
An imported roster stays private to the member who imported it. It does not become searchable and no other member sees who you work with. That is enforced in the data model, not promised in a policy.
Registrations are checked, insurance expiry is tracked, and a certificate that lapses drops its tier the same night. The roster stops decaying quietly in a drawer.
Come for the vault. The network is what happens once enough vaults sit next to each other in the same corridor.
Nobody in this market lacks money or motivation. What is missing is a record. Every one of these is a real cost, paid over and over, by both sides.
Credentials re-proven to every new agency, by email, per engagement.
A destination's provider list held in one person's phone.
Coordination in group chats that nobody can search afterwards.
An insurance certificate that expired and nobody noticed.
A provider with ten years of good work and no way to prove it to a new buyer.
An agency opening a new destination, rebuilding from nothing, over months.
One path, and every step leaves a record the next step can use.
A buyer posts destination, dates, category, party size and a budget band.
Providers who cover it are surfaced, ranked by a function we publish in full.
Each provider quotes in their own name. No bundled price, no single invoice.
The two parties contract directly. NaviraHub is not in the middle of it.
The completed work is recorded, and the buyer confirms what it was worth.
That confirmation becomes standing the provider carries to the next destination.
Holds the client, needs the supply.
Gains a roster that survives the person who built it, and a way into a destination without starting from nothing.
Holds the craft, needs to be findable.
Gains one verified identity that works everywhere, instead of proving itself again to every new agency by email.
A dinner that lands. A house that is ready. A week that goes right because the people booked to make it go right were the right people. None of that is software. The part that is software is knowing, in advance and on paper, who they are.

Stock photography. The people shown are not NaviraHub members, providers, customers or staff, and there is no testimonial here.
A badge is a statement about a check that was performed. Each one says what it does not cover, because the half that is left out is the half that gets someone hurt.
These are the Network's tiers for providers and buying professionals. Properties, owners and investors on the rest of NaviraHub are checked differently, and Verification and trust says how.
The member typed in their own details. We have not checked any of it.
No document read. No register searched. No premises visited. Treat everything on the profile as a claim by the member.
A company or VAT registration confirmed against an official register, and a current insurance certificate on file whose expiry we track.
Nobody visited the premises, met the member, or watched them work. The checks are automated and cover paperwork.
At least two verified members vouched after completing a referral here. They put their own standing behind it and lose it if the account fails.
We did not make this judgement and we do not endorse it. It decays if the working relationship stops. Still no inspection.
An independent auditor inspected the member and reported the result. The member pays for it and it expires.
The audit describes one day. It is not insurance, not a guarantee of future conduct, and not a warranty from us.
Tiers go down on their own. An insurance certificate that expires drops a tier the same night, without anyone reviewing it.
Illustrative. No real requirement or provider is shown.

Each provider quotes in its own name. Three suppliers means three contracts and three invoices, which is the point rather than a limitation.
These are the weights the software actually uses. Not a summary of them.
45%
Destination coverage, service category, languages. A provider who does not cover the destination is not ranked at all.
30%
Verification tier, and how strongly verified members have vouched after completed referrals.
15%
Completed referrals, weighted to the category asked about, with diminishing returns so volume cannot hold a destination.
10%
Whether the stated party size falls inside the capacity the provider publishes.
Nothing. No plan changes the order, whether a provider appears, or whether one is left out. What a member pays is not readable from the code that decides this order, and our build fails if anyone makes it readable.
Where two responses score exactly the same, the one submitted first is shown first. That is the whole tie-break. It costs nothing to act on, and a provider can check it against their own timestamps.
We do not sell position. We do not accept payment to include or exclude anyone from a result. NaviraHub owns no member business and gives no member different treatment.
A market is a source paired with a destination. The buying professional and the supply sit in different places, and only the pair is worth opening.
There is no live network yet.
A corridor opens when roughly 24 providers and 8 buying professionals are connected to an audited member. That threshold was measured against the trust model, not assumed, and the binding constraint turned out to be connected buyers rather than provider count.
We will not show activity that has not happened. An empty destination shows as empty.
Each of those is deliberate. A platform that does any of them needs a support desk, and we would not staff one honestly. The work a desk would do stays with the people already doing it: the members who hold the contracts.
There is no invitation, no application, and nobody deciding whether you qualify. There is also no signup form on this page yet: the domain sends no mail, so we cannot send you a receipt, and we will not take a card before we can.
Business identity is checked, not judged. You give a company or trade registration number, and a VAT number where you have one. It is validated against a register where one is queryable and recorded as self-declared where one is not. A failed check caps your tier; it does not close the door, and no person reviews it.
Invitations still exist, for the two things they are better at. A provider claims the profile a buyer already created for them by invitation, and an organisation adds a colleague to a seat by invitation rather than by sharing a password.
Record and Roster do useful work on the first day, because your roster is private to you and does not need anyone else to be here. Corridor and Network are priced against a network that mostly does not exist yet. A corridor is a pair, and Lagos to Cape Town, Dubai to Colombo, São Paulo to Cartagena and Singapore to Bali are all shut. Paying for a corridor that is not open buys an empty corridor.
The first eight buying agencies keep the Roster plan free, permanently. Not a discount, not a trial, and not a promise somebody has to remember: it is a plan of its own, and it is priced at zero for as long as the account exists.
In practice all eight will be in the first corridor, because that is where the first eight agencies will come from. There is no ninth place. When the eight are gone this paragraph goes with them, rather than standing here as an offer that has already closed.
Paying changes what you can run, never what a buyer sees.
Four plans, the same four names on both sides of the network. Record is free and permanent — a floor, not a trial, with no time limit on it. Each price is three separate decisions rather than one price and two exchange rates, and you are billed in the currency you pick.
Record and Roster do useful work on the first day. Corridor and Network are priced against a network that mostly does not exist yet, and paying for a corridor that is not open buys an empty corridor.
Your roster is yours. You can export it in full, at any time, on any plan, including after you cancel. Non-payment does not lock your list. Nothing is deleted when a plan lapses or is downgraded: anything over the lower plan's limit goes read-only and still exports. We will not hold your own data as leverage to keep you paying.
A plan is the only recurring thing NaviraHub charges for. There is no fee on the work members do with each other, no share of it, and no invoice from us attached to it. The only other thing we bill is a tier 4 audit, which is a third-party inspection passed through at what it cost, on its own invoice.
On the Network, anything drafted by software is labelled, and the label says which agent wrote it and when. There is no NaviraHub support desk between members. The human on the other side of any conversation between members is the member you are dealing with, not our staff.
The Network is B2B software for hospitality professionals. It is not a consumer booking service.
